MINILIFT 300 PUMP
The Minilift 300 Pump macerates and pumps wastewater directly to sewer mains or remote bulk storage.
No more dealing with overflowing tanks, septic smell in the crib room, and excessive pump-out costs.
Designed for site compounds supporting up to 150 people, Minilift 300 Pump combines dual-pump reliability, automatic failover and smart SMS alerts in a compact, skid-mounted system. It connects to standard 15A site power and uses a 63mm OD pumping main for straightforward installation.
The Minilift 300 Pump is a plug-and-play wastewater pumping system for portable buildings, construction sites and temporary site compounds.
It macerates wastewater and pumps it directly to a sewer main or to remote bulk storage, helping to reduce septic tank overflows, unpleasant odours, and reliance on frequent pump-out services.
Minilift 300 Pump provides a cleaner, safer and more predictable approach to temporary wastewater management.

WHAT PROBLEM DOES IT SOLVE?
Traditional septic tanks can create ongoing problems for busy construction sites, including:
- Overflowing wastewater tanks
- Septic odours around crib rooms and amenities
- Frequent and costly pump-out services
- Waste tanker traffic through active work areas
- Site interruptions caused by full or inaccessible tanks
- Access requirements around elevated toilet buildings
Minilift 300 Pump transfers wastewater away from the site compound, helping reduce manual pump-outs and the risk of tank overflows.
HOW DOES MINILIFT 300 PUMP WORK?
Wastewater from portable toilets, bathrooms and site amenities enters the Minilift 300 Pump, where it is macerated before being pumped through a 63mm OD pumping main.
The wastewater can be transferred to:
A SEWER MAIN
Pump wastewater directly to an available gravity sewer connection located up to 605 metres away, subject to the site layout and pumping conditions.
REMOTE BULK STORAGE
Where a sewer connection is unavailable, pump wastewater to bulk storage located away from the main site compound. This can reduce pump-out frequency and keep waste tanker activity away from busy pedestrian and work areas.
DUAL-PUMP RELIABILITY
Minilift 300 Pump includes two pumps for dependable wastewater management.
If the primary pump develops a fault, the system automatically switches to the backup pump. This automatic failover helps maintain operation while the issue is investigated and reduces the risk of an unexpected shutdown or overflow.
SMART SMS ALERTS
Integrated monitoring provides SMS notifications for high wastewater levels and system faults.
These early alerts allow site teams to respond before a minor issue develops into an overflow, service interruption or emergency call-out.
