HEAVY-DUTY ROAD PLATE LIFTER

Handle heavy steel road plates more safely and efficiently with the RAPTA Heavy-Duty Road Plate Lifter. The patented dovetail lifting system reduces reliance on crowbars and removes the need for workers to reach beneath plates during lifting and positioning, helping reduce the risk of crush, pinch and manual-handling injuries.

The system combines a purpose-built lifting tool with a weld-in receiver that sits flush with the road plate surface. With no raised lifting points, plates remain free from additional trip hazards and can be stacked cleanly for transport and storage.

Designed for demanding civil, construction and infrastructure applications, the road plate lifting tool has a 5-tonne Working Load Limit with a minimum 4:1 safety factor.

Both the lifting tool and weld-in receiver comply with AS 4991, providing a repeatable lifting solution for heavy-duty road plate handling.
